This Is Us Season 2 Spoilers: More Drama In Store For The Big Three

Last fall’s IT show, This Is Us, is set to return later this month. The show that blew our minds is back for another season of gut wrenching family affairs that will leave you reaching for the tissue box.

Last month, NBC released a sneak peek showing a conversation between mother and son. Rebecca revealed that she wasn’t keen on the idea of adoption so soon after losing one of her triplets, but she couldn’t deny the love she felt for him as time went on. This brings up the fact that Randall is considering adoption himself while his wife is a little hesitant.

Kevin will be dealing with his own set of issues. After reconnecting with his childhood sweetheart — Kevin turned out to be the softie in this group — he has to go off to shoot a movie and navigate the world of long distance relationships. These two had a falling out once before due to distance — will this time be different? We’re certainly rooting for them.

Kate is going after her dream to become a singer. Like mother, like daughter. Rebecca had her days in front of a crowd and Kate inherited her singing abilities. But she’ll soon learn that show business isn’t all that easy. The music industry plays hardball. Kate is starting off later in life, she’ll be 37, and she doesn’t fit the image. Her weight has always been a self-esteem issue for her — especially growing up with a mother that looked like Rebecca, so career blunders because of her weight are no doubt going to be hard to deal with.

Will this season reveal how Jack died? Stay tuned to find out!

This is Us Season 2 premieres on Tuesday, September 26, at 9pm on NBC.
