Once Upon a Time: First Look At Jennifer Morrison’s Curtain Call As Emma Swan

Jennifer Morrison announced back in May that she would not be returning as a series regular on Once Upon a Time season 7. She will, however, return for one final episode as we say farewell to Emma Swan.

Morrison will appear in episode 2, the Hook-centric episode. At the close of season 6, the two characters had tied the knot, stopped the Black Fairy and more or less had their happy ending. As Morrison departs, what will this mean for Captain Swan?

Entertainment Weekly has released the first shots of Emma Swan’s final episode earlier today, and let me tell you, we are not ready to say goodbye.

Colin O’Donoghue (Captain Hook) has alluded to the fact that the two are still happy. This episode will fill in the blanks and answer questions regarding where Emma fits in all this ordeal.

However, The Powers That Be are keeping a tight lid on what’s to come. All that has been released is that we will see what happens with the couple going forward, and to be prepared for an emotional ending.

Again, so not ready. What do you think that emotional ending could possibly be? Sound off in the comments below!

Once Upon a Time Season 7 is set to premiere on Friday, October 6, at 8pm on ABC.
